William Halley and Edith Thomas Smith Endowed Scholarship Fund

Generously endowed in 2004 through an estate gift from Mrs. Edith T. Smith, the William Halley and Edith Thomas Smith Endowed Scholarship Fund is awarded to selected new Moore County High School (public or private) graduates in the upper 20% of their class who are enrolling in any degree program at SCC. Students must maintain 2.5 GPA.
