Francis F. Rainey Endowed Scholarship

Established in 1996 through a gift from the Francis F. Rainey Education Foundation, The Francis F. Rainey Endowed Scholarship is awarded to a student who is a Moore County resident with academic promise, financial need, and plans for a career of service to state or nation.
