Brittany Racey Culinary Scholarship

The Brittany Racey Culinary Scholarship is awarded to a recent High School graduate enrolled in Culinary Arts at SCC. Student should have aspirations for employment in the Culinary field upon graduation or desire to continue education. Should be involved in community and/or church activities, and must maintain 3.0 GPA.

The Brittany Racey Culinary Scholarship was established in 2007 by her family and friends in celebration of Brittany’s life and memory and in honor of her own love of cooking. A sophomore at Union Pines High School, at only 16, Brittany was taken too soon from this world. She had a vivacious spirit, and along with cooking, loved music, computers, and animals, especially horseback riding.
