Richard and Silvia Bisbe Endowed Scholarship

Established in 2005, The Richard and Silvia Bisbe Endowed Scholarship is awarded to a first- or second-year student enrolled in the college transfer program, working toward an Associate in Science degree. Student should maintain a 3.0 GPA, and student must demonstrate potential for success in obtaining a four-year degree.
