Jay Guinn Memorial Scholarship

The Jay Guinn Memorial Scholarship was established in 2011 by Jay’s mother to celebrate his life and memory and to help recognize the significant role Nurses played in taking care of her son during his illness. The Jay Guinn Memorial Scholarship is awarded annually to a first or second-year fully accepted Associate Degree in Nursing student who has demonstrated potential for success. Student must plan a career in nursing and demonstrate a strong commitment toward helping others. Student must maintain a 2.5 GPA, and must demonstrate financial need.
