Garner Memorial Endowed Scholarship

Established in 1980 as a memorial fund initiated by Mrs. Wheaton Kittredge in memory of Richard L. Garner, Jr. and Joseph M. Garner, The Garner Memorial Endowed Scholarship is awarded to a second-year student who is a graduate of a Moore County High School. Student must demonstrate financial need. Student must have potential for success in study of Human Services.
