Penick Village is a Continuing Care Retirement Community, offering Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Skilled Nursing all on a beautiful 38-acre campus in Southern Pines. Established in 1976, the Penick Village Nursing Scholarship is awarded to a second-year student in Associate Degree Nursing program with leadership potential, and an interest in Geriatrics is preferred.
