St. Joseph of the Pines, Inc.

St. Joseph of the Pines, Inc. has been serving Southern Pines and Pinehurst for more than 60 years. Beginning in 1948, the former Pine Needles Inn operated as St. Joseph of the Pines Hospital, a 75-bed acute care facility. In 1965, the Sisters of Providence transitioned and transformed St. Joseph of the Pines into a provider of retirement living and services to older adults.
