Moore County Choral Society

Celebrating its 51st Season in the 2025-2026 school year, the Moore County Choral Society continues to gain prominence as a chorus of distinction and excellence and is proud to be among North Carolina’s long-standing choral groups. The 100+ voice chorus celebrates the rich and varied heritage of choral music through outstanding live choral performances, and promotes and shares choral art through education and public outreach.

Established in 1989, The Moore County Choral Society Endowed Scholarship is awarded to a second-year Associate in Fine Arts student – vocal and choral music major. Student should have a 3.0 GPA overall. An instrumental major may be chosen if no suitable vocal candidate applies.
